Back in January 2018, I sat down at my computer, fired up Zoom, and recorded my very first episode of E‑Heroes. No studio. No fancy intro. Just a simple idea: have honest conversations with real entrepreneurs.

By February, I launched those recordings online…and E‑Heroes was officially born.

Today, the show has surpassed 400 episodes and become a trusted resource for entrepreneurs tired of recycled advice, fake humility, and pitch-filled interviews. If you’re craving raw, unfiltered wisdom from people who’ve actually built something, E‑Heroes might just become your new favorite podcast.

“This isn’t motivational candy. It’s entrepreneurial protein.”
— Rob Anspach, Host of E‑Heroes

🎙️ What Makes E‑Heroes Different?

You won’t find scripts, PR soundbites, or flashy gimmicks here. E‑Heroes is about authenticity…conversations that dive into what it really takes to grow a business.

Guests share their stories with zero fluff. We talk about the wins, sure…but also the breakdowns, bad clients, mental fatigue, failed launches, and the resilience it takes to keep showing up.

“Some guests come in with battle scars. Others come with breakthroughs. All of them bring the truth.”
— Rob Anspach

🎯 Why I Created E‑Heroes

I wanted to highlight people who weren’t being featured on the big “guru” shows. The underdogs, the grinders, the ones who’ve quietly built six-, seven-, or eight-figure businesses without pretending to be someone they’re not. Some guests are bestselling authors. Others are solopreneurs who’ve survived near bankruptcy and rebuilt everything. All of them have something valuable to share…and they do it without the hype.

This show isn’t about me. It’s about the E‑Heroes…the entrepreneurs behind the scenes, building legacies and making real impact.
