An article I wrote for a weight loss doctor two years ago has now been seen by over 2,000,000 people just on Facebook.
I know, It’s hard to fathom! But it’s true.
This particular article has been shared over 6,000 times on Facebook and another 2,000 on Pinterest.
That’s a lot of sharing.
And that sharing translates into lots of readers.
The reason why it was successful… is that it was simple.
The article didn’t try to be all things to all people. It answered all the main concerns people had about weight loss surgery and condensed them into easy to understand talking points.
The goal of the article was to educate readers…having it shared over 6,000 times was a bonus.
Most clients would be happy to just have their article seen by a few hundred people but over two million, that’s insanely awesome.
And the number grows every month. How cool is that?
But as I said having it shared that many times was a bonus.
My goal when I wrote the article was to educate his social media fan base. And maybe have it shared to a few hundred people. But wowzers…over two million people have seen it so far…and the phones are ringing with potential patients eager to lose weight.
