Chris Nelson from Green Energy Group wants to sell me Solar to help lower my electric rate.

Unfortunately for Chris Nelson I know that he is using a computerized voice prompt system tied to an Indian call center.

And I basically wasted 10 minutes of the scammers time by asking him the stupidest questions I could think of.

“Can I cook food directly on the panels?”
“When it rains do I need to go up on the roof and cover the panels so they don’t get wet?”
“Should I chop down my neighbors tree if it’s blocking my solar panel?”
“Do they come in different colors? I think yellow solar panels would look cool.”

The scam caller wanted my exact address so he could verify via Google Maps if indeed I had a big enough roof and or yard to install the panels.

Hah, I gave him the address of a trailer park 30 miles away.

He told me to stop wasting his time.
