In 1998 I started on my crusade to be a better entrepreneur by listening to Tony Policci. At that time Tony was VP of Operations at Piranha Marketing (a coaching company helping carpet cleaning companies understand the fundamentals of marketing) and I happened to be a struggling carpet cleaner.
Tony was patient and kind and convinced me that I needed to learn marketing if I wanted to improve my financial status.
For the next decade I took Tony’s advice and studied marketing, copywriting, sales and anything I could get my hands on to make my advertising compelling and profitable.
