Payment & Ticketing Policy

Due to the nature of scheduling travel, tickets for events, tours, dining experiences, and special access must be secured a minimum of 75 days prior to each event date. These experiences are limited, non-transferable, and often sell out quickly.

As a result, full payment for Explore The Magic is required no later than 75 days prior to the event start date to ensure all reservations can be properly secured on your behalf.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because many experiences must be prepaid and are non-refundable through Disney once booked, the following cancellation policy strictly applies:

  • 90 to 65 days prior to event: 100% refund

  • 64 to 30 days prior to event: 50% refund

  • 29 to 1 days prior to event: 0% refund

 

Important Notes

  • All refunds are based on the event start date, not the booking date.

  • Once tickets, VIP access, and dining experiences are purchased, those components cannot be refunded to Anspach Media, which directly impacts what can be returned to the attendee.

  • By registering for Explore The Magic, you acknowledge and agree to these payment and cancellation terms.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend that all attendees purchase travel insurance from a third-party provider to protect against unexpected cancellations due to illness, travel delays, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. A comprehensive travel insurance policy may allow you to recover costs that are otherwise non-refundable under this cancellation policy.
