Sir, why did you let your membership expire?

Me: hmm, do I have to have a reason?

Well, Sir if you would like us to reactivate your old number we need a valid reason why you forgot to renew.

Me: Seriously, can’t you just renew the card?

No, Sir we need a valid reason.

Me: How about I just get a brand new membership and not give you a reason at all?

Sir, just give me a reason and we can activate your card.

Me: I forgot

Sir, you forgot what?

Me: Why the hell did I even bother to call you?

Sir, you called to renew your membership.

Me: There you go

Sir, there I go what?

Me: Use that as my reason

Sir, what reason?

Me: Nevermind…I think waterboarding myself would be more pleasant than staying on this call.
