Grr…this isn’t rocket science.

If you have a website put a dang phone number on it so people can call. Don’t make them jump through hoops trying to find it.

Went to a site today looking for info and the only way to get their phone number was off their Facebook page. It wasn’t even on their website.

During the call I asked why their number wasn’t on their website and the only way I could find it was on their Facebook – they replied “you went to our Facebook, did you become a follower?”

No, I didn’t become a follower or a customer you dimwit…I shouldn’t have to…

{they hung up}

Always, always…I can’t stress this enough…always make it easy for a customer to get a hold of you. Phone number on the website is crucial.
