Voicemail not displaying on my wife’s iPhone.

I call AT&T to get an answer.

The guy asks my PIN number. I tell him. He says that PIN is incorrect. I say that PIN is correct. No Sir, it’s now an 8 digit PIN.

Me: Since when

ATT: Since you last changed it

Me: And that was?

ATT: Unknown Sir, would you like to reset it

Me: Can we skip the reset and just fix my wife’s phone?

ATT: Sir we need the PIN first

Me: Look it was a 4 digit PIN, then a 6 digit PIN, now you say it’s 8 digits…and the next time I call it will be 12 digits then 20 digits and before long a 30 digit alpha numeric code

ATT: Sir you are being ridiculous, lets just reset the PIN

Me: Just fix the phone

ATT: Sir I can’t do anything without the PIN

Me: Well apparently you can argue without a PIN

<He hung up>
