MOBILE VIDEO?
To my friends, fans and followers please be careful when making videos in your vehicle. Most states have laws that prohibit the use of broadcasting equipment (any device that creates a moving picture) that is in view of the driver. This would cover cell phones, tablets, laptops and cameras.
Every time you post a video to YouTube, social media or anywhere for that matter, that shows you in a moving vehicle, you could be incriminating yourself.
And sadly, with some states looking for ways to raise funds I wouldn’t be surprised if they start going after and issuing fines to those who post videos while driving.
Just because a police officer didn’t see you first hand, doesn’t mean they can’t fine you. If the video can be traced back to you then you could be guilty and issued a fine.
