Them: I see you pressed 1 to get a lower interest rate.
Me: if you say so
Them: what is the highest balance card you wish to get a lower interest rate…your Visa or Mastercard?
Me: Can I get your name?
Them: Alex Murphy
Me: Hmm, why does that name sound familiar?
Them: Sir, can you give me the last 4 digits of your card number?
Me: Does it have to be a Visa or Mastercard? Can it be a Discover?
Them: Yes, it can be a Discover
Me: Alex Murphy you say?
Them: Yes Alex Murphy.
Me: Can you say “Dead or Alive you’re coming with me?”
Them: I don’t understand.
Me: Or how about “Come quietly or there will be trouble.”
Them: Sir, I don’t know what you are doing.
Me: Dude, you’re Robocop!
Them: Sir I assure I’m not a cop.
Me: Okay, how about a Robo-dialer?
Them: Sir, can you give me the last four digits of your Discover card?

Them: Sir I didn’t get that.

Them: Sir I need those numbers please
Me: I’ve given you those numbers 3x already – not going to say it again.
Them: Sir I need those numbers.
Me: Too bad, so sad.
Them: Sir I don’t think you are serious about getting a lower interest rate.

Them: Stop calling me that.
