45 days later…
I get a response to a question I emailed Allegiant Airlines.
Look I wasn’t expecting them to drop everything and answer my email.
I figured maybe at best 2-3 days I would get a response.
I was planning a trip 6 months out although I didn’t tell them that. I just wanted clarification on something they had shared on their website.
After a week of no response I actually booked my trip with another air carrier.
Another carrier who responded immediately to my email and made me feel welcome.
But 45 days later and I receive…
“Thank you for contacting Allegiant. You have reached the Customer Relations Department. I apologize for the delayed response. We are experiencing a high demand in emails, and we are trying our best to respond as quickly as possible. I am very sorry that you are getting this email late.”
