Plan A – we’re all going to die.
Wait! What? No!
Oh, do you have a different plan then?
Well, not yet.
How fast can you think of a plan?
How much time do I have?
There is no time, Plan A or…
As an entrepreneur you should always have a Plan B ready because Plan A always ends in disaster.
In fact, it’s always a good idea to have a contingency plan book so that when situations occur you and your staff know exactly how to handle them.
Oh, but you don’t have time to create a contingency plan book.
So, you end up winging it.
Hoping that all those hours watching MacGyver will pan out.
Sorry, doesn’t work that way.
And panicking over the situation doesn’t work either.
So Plan A didn’t work.
Maybe Plan B doesn’t either.
Try Plan C or Plan D or Plan E.
Or Plan Alpha, Beta, Gamma.
Or Plan 1, 2, 3, 4
You get the point.
You have options…and every option has a solution that could work.
But doing nothing, trying to think…nope, that just doesn’t work.
