Me: What decade are we in…I can just jot the notes in my phone as we speak.

Caller: Hmm, okay Sir…next I will need a copy of your PECO Energy invoice so we can compare rates.

Me: That might be a problem.

Caller: Sir, why is that?

Me: Well I don’t get an invoice.

Caller: What do you mean you don’t get an invoice.

Me: PECO Energy doesn’t send me an invoice

Caller: Why is that Sir?

Me: Because I’m not a customer of PECO Energy.

Caller: Wow, are records say that you are.

Me: I doubt it.

Caller: I can’t reveal that until you give us the name of your service.

Me: So basically you want me to give you information first before you share information with me, is that what I’m hearing?

Caller: Sir, we need to know who you are using before we can give you a rate.

Me: Well lets play a game…for every question you get right I will answer 1 question about me, okay? You ready to play?
