Message received in my Facebook chat box…
“Rob do you know why I unfriended you?”
Me: “I didn’t even realize we were friends, but since we aren’t now, thanks for freeing up my friends list. Have a nice day.”
Them: “Don’t you care? Don’t you want to know why?”
Me: “Nope, not really. Have a nice day?”
Them: “Well, I want you to know why I unfriended you.”
Me: “Honestly, I don’t care. I don’t even know who you are.”

Look, people will unfriend you…and sometimes for trivial reasons.
The key is to not let it bother you. Or allow someone to try to effect you in some small way.
Consider those who unfriend you unworthy of being your fan, friend or follower.
As your influence grows, people will want to know more about you. They will see you have friends in common. So you accept them. But they really aren’t friends.
More like friends of friends. No real connection.
So if they choose to leave, let them.
They don’t need to give an explanation, nor do you wish to hear it.
Just let them go.
They are helping you make room for people who do want to know more about you, that want to buy from you and be part of your tribe.
