What if all the time that you’ve been working on building your business you’ve been targeting the wrong clients?
That’s a question I’ve been asking every entrepreneur who comes to me for help. Why?
Well, because most of them have no clue who their actual target audience is. They might perceive it to be one thing, and they spend tons of money marketing to that audience, but that doesn’t mean that’s the right audience.
But Rob shouldn’t they know who their target audience is?
You would think, but it’s not always the case.
Some have been targeting the wrong audience for so long, and have invested tens of thousands of dollars if not more into marketing that they are determined to make it work no matter the cost or the stress involved.
Some entrepreneurs will make the change, some are resistant, some will just downright refuse.
What I’ve discovered based on helping so many entrepreneurs is that once they flip that switch to go after the right audience, the stress and the overspending of wasteful advertising disappears.
