On a quest for soccer cleats for my youngest son.
Ended up stopping at Wendy’s (at 2347 Lincoln Hwy E Lancaster PA) for a bite to eat.
Had we found those cleats I think I would have kicked all the employees at Wendy’s in their backside.
We waited 20 minutes for our order and the 100 choices soda dispenser was down to about 4 weird flavors that nobody in their right mind would ever drink.
Customers would walk in and after a few minutes in line would leave.
One customer ordered then after waiting 10 minutes demanded their money back.
The manager was in the back chatting away with the 2 or 3 cook staff and a young gal who never dealt with irate customers before was left to tend the register.
And instead of apologizing to customers (which she probably wasn’t trained to do) she copped an attitude and just made customers madder.
So if you don’t want to get kicked in the backside by irate customers, learn to improve your customer value experience.
