This is an interesting concept. I wonder how I would attempt to funnel out the “bad” prospects.
I think the problem is not that entrepreneurs don’t want to do business this way. Everyone basically understands the premise that you only want to do business with people who are easy to work with and will pay you lots of money – that’s the goal. The problem is that businesses are in various states of cash flow and often take on clients simply because they need the money now! So they bring on a client to solve their immediate cash flow needs and then are stuck with trying to figure out how to fire that client when cash flow improves (if its not too late because that client is such a time and energy suck).
