I get asked almost every day how I manage to produce so much social content, podcasts, articles, and books.
And yes—I’ve produced 60+ books, 350+ podcast episodes, thousands of blog articles, and a bazillion social posts (give or take).
But here’s the part most people don’t see: there are days when I don’t want to produce anything. Days when I’m sick, tired, burned out, or just in a funk.
On those days, sure, I could throw in the towel and say, “Heck with it.”
But I don’t.
Because even if I feel like death warmed over, I still try to create one thing.
It doesn’t have to be a masterpiece.
Sometimes it’s something that takes less than five minutes—a quick post, a short idea, a simple video. Just one thing.
Because here’s what I’ve learned: that one thing could be the exact thing that inspires someone else to take action, to keep going, or to believe they’re not alone in their struggles.
Consistency isn’t about feeling motivated every day.
It’s about deciding that your message matters enough to show up—especially when you don’t feel like it.
