Me: No idea…but it should be in my records, why don’t you tell me?

Caller: Sir, I have no idea, that’s why we are calling you.

Me: Wow, so you are from the top office of Visa Mastercard and you have no freaking clue what my interest rate is.

Caller: Do you want a lower interest or not?

Me: How can you give me a lower interest rate if you don’t know what my current rate is?
