The right and wrong way to get ranked on Google!
A day after I shared my blog about “Hiring The Right SEO Company” I received a call from a telemarketing SEO company.
They said they can get my company ranked for my 3 most popular keywords.
I say, “do you know what I do?”
They reply that they are calling local businesses in hopes of gaining new business.
I ask where they are located.
They say “Fresno”.
I ask at what point does “local” become too far away.
They had no answer.
I then ask why only 3 keywords, why not 20 or 30 or even a 100?
Their response, “Sir, do you know long it would take to rank all those keywords?”
To which I replied…”just as long as ranking 3 keywords does”.
Yup, when my team and I rank websites we do so with the intent of ranking not 3 or 5 or even 8 keywords, we rank for as many keywords and key phrases as we possibly can pertaining to that industry.
Oh, and we never market our services calling business to business in hopes of gaining new clients. That’s just not how we work.
Our clients call us because they were referred or they follow us on social or read one our educational blog articles.
