Capture Your LinkedIn Contacts Straight To Your Computer Using This Easy Process!
LinkedIn is your digital resume on steroids and your connection to the CEO’s, the business owners, the decision makers and other like-minded individuals.
But, how do you communicate with them outside of LinkedIn if you don’t have their contact information? How do you get them on your own list?
I don’t know about you but I’ve spent years building relationships with people across the globe and LinkedIn is my only connection with them. I want them in my file. And up until now, the feature has kind of been buried…well, more buried then the steps I’m going to share with you. Hopefully, LinkedIn will make it easier one day, or they might eliminate altogether, so you might want to download your connections ASAP just in case.
Here’s the steps…
Step 1.
Sign in to LinkedIn and Go to the Connections link.
Step 2.
Click on the “Keep In Touch” under “Connections”
Step 3.
Click on the icon that looks like a gear.
Step 4.
Now click on the “Export LinkedIn Connections
Step 5.
Choose where you want your connections to be saved.
There you go…isn’t that easy-peasy?
Now you can have access to your contacts outside of the boundaries of LinkedIn.
Oh, and I encourage you to join me on LinkedIn…click below so we can connect.
** Updated November 24, 2018 **
As of November 22, 2018 LinkedIn has removed the ability to download your contact’s email addresses as a way to protect privacy. This most likely is in response to GDPR compliance.
