You would think by now these phone scammers would know me by now or at least heard of my book, “Rob Versus The Scammers”…but nooo they just keep calling.

Sir have you ever heard of solar energy?

Me: Is that like from the sun or something

Scammer: Haha, yes it is. Have you ever looked for solar panels?

Me: As in looked do you mean, do I see them on people’s roof tops?

Scammer: Well yes, but have you ever considered getting solar panels?

Me: I had a solar calculator once…darn thing never worked inside. And I had solar lights in my garden, the replacement batteries were outrageous in price.

Scammer: Sir…sir, how much do you spend on your electric per month? Less than 100 or more than 100?

Me: The second one

Scammer: So more than 100? Is it more than 200?

Me: You could say that

Scammer: Who is your current electric supplier?

Me: HWP

Scammer: I have never heard of HWP, what does it stand for?

Me: Hamster Wheel Powered – I have like 100 of these furry guys constantly running on wheels to generate my power.
