How many of you write articles for your website blog?

If so, here’s an idea for you…

Create a “Year In Review” and summarize all the articles you shared out this year.

If you wrote 3 articles a month, that’s 36 articles that can be summed up. You don’t want to put all 36 articles in 1 long blog post…split them up. Create 2 parts.

Year In Review: Part 1 (articles 1-18)
Year In Review: Part 2 (articles 19-36)

Here’s what you do…

Write up an intro on why you are doing a “Year in Review”.

List the title of the article, with a one or two sentence summation and include the link back to the original blog post.

Repeat that for each article that you are including in your “Year In Review”.

At the end of the two “Year In Review” articles add a little bit of information about you, your service and what benefit customers will gain from you and a phone number on how to contact you.

Now you have two articles for your website blog with links back to 36 past articles that can be used as a resource to share with all your fans, friends and followers.

*For those of you, like us here at Anspach Media, who create more than 36 blog articles a year (we did over 100+ articles in 2019) doing a “Year In Review” may require 4 to 5 parts. Unfortunately that’s too many parts, as many visitors will only look at the first 2 and then the rest will barely be seen. So if you have more content that would fit in 2 parts do a “Best Of” instead of a “Year In Review” and highlight the articles that you felt had the greatest impact on your audience.
