Rob Anspach began his marketing journey while he was the owner of a carpet cleaning business. Over a period of 20 years, he devoted himself to studying various facets of marketing, including consumer buying habits, copywriting, web integration, podcasting and publishing. This experience led him to develop his unique style of trust-based selling. Anspach found that building trust was a more effective sales approach than conventional methods, leading him to start teaching these concepts to other carpet cleaners and then to a broader range of entrepreneurs.

A significant influence in Anspach’s early marketing career was Tony Policci, who, in 1998, was the Vice President of Piranha Marketing Inc. Policci played a pivotal role in introducing Anspach to the principles of trust creation in marketing. He “bent the rules” to enable Anspach to attend his company’s seminar in Arizona, which greatly impacted Anspach’s approach to marketing.

In addition to his work in marketing strategy and SEO, Anspach has made considerable contributions as an author. He has written several books, including “Social Media Debunked,” “Share: 27 Ways To Boost Your Social Media Experience, Build Trust and Attract Followers,” and “Lessons From The Dojo: 101 Ways To Improve Your Life, Business and Relationships.” He also coauthored books such as “Optimize This: How Two Carpet Cleaners Consistently Beat Web Designers On The Search Engines” and “No Experience Necessary: Social Media For The Boomers, Gen X-ers and the Over 50 Entrepreneur.” His writing often focuses on enhancing branding and monetizing brands, and he’s recognized for helping professionals publish their books, thereby boosting their authority in their fields. Anspach also hosts the E-Heroes Interview Series, where he interviews entrepreneurs and shares business and personal improvement insights.
